Property Care was established in 1999 and has been passionately grown into the business it is today.
We have built the business on the basis of integrity, honesty, efficiency and reliability. We actively engage in communication with our clients at all phases of the work.
We have developed tour business to serve the strata industry in WA with expert building fault diagnosis,
quality maintenance and repairs.
We have developed good relationships with the various strata managers and their clients and enjoy positive feedback and appreciation for our work. We are business members of the Strata Council of Australia and I (Mark) personally have undertaken training and become accredited in the SCA A100
course so as to have a better understanding of our clients needs and be better equipped to service the strata industry.
We have built a team of highly qualified and experienced tradesman, so that we can complete all work in house’.
This allows our management team to have close control over the work in progress and the quality of the work
that is performed. Where we don’t have the necessary qualification, I have developed a close relationship with licensed trades including licensed plumbers and licensed electricians to assist.
We have insurance cover to $10m covering public and product liability. We are fully covered for workers
compensation insurance and will gladly share certificates of cover with you.
Aside from the skill sets of our team, we also actively pursue and engage in training to further improve our skill set. All our employees regularly attend first aid training courses, and all tradesmen are certified for high risk work such as Working at Heights and operation of specialised equipment and machinery. We are also certified in water proofing membranes and concrete repairs. Early next year we anticipate gaining our builders registration.
